Refund Policy

In Short

Figviz is pay-as-you-go: you buy credit packs and spend credits to generate diagrams. There are no subscriptions. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. All amounts are in USD.

Spent Credits

• Credits used for a successful generation are non-refundable, the work was delivered.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused Credit Packs

• A credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided none of its credits have been used.
• Once any credit from a purchase has been spent, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Complimentary & Bonus Credits

Credits we give you at no charge, the sign-up gift, promotional credits, and the bonus credits earned through auto-refill, carry no cash value and cannot be refunded.

Auto-Refill Charges

Auto-refill is an optional convenience you switch on yourself. An auto-refill charge follows the same rules above: the purchased pack is refundable within 7 days only if none of its credits have been used. To prevent future auto-refill charges, turn auto-refill off in Settings → Credits.

If the Service Is Down

If an outage on our side stops you from generating diagrams for more than 24 consecutive hours, contact us and we will add credits to your account or otherwise make it right.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email contact@figviz.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include your account email, the order ID (or the payment date and amount), and a brief reason.
3. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to post the funds).

What We Can't Refund

• Credits already spent on successful generations
• Complimentary, promotional, or bonus credits
• Purchases on accounts closed for violating our Terms of Service
• Third-party payment or currency-conversion fees outside our control

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The current version always lives on this page with its "Last updated" date.
